Body Beast is an all-in-one weight-training, nutrition, and supplement system. In just 90 days you will see your body completely transform into the healthy, ripped body you've been looking for. Body Beast includes 12 extreme workouts and valuable fitness tools to help you not only boost your confidence, but also lose fat, and give you a ripped physique.


Body Beast Broken Down

Body Beast is broken down into 3 blocks, each month you begin a new "block" so after your 90 days you are the total beast.

Block 1: BUILD
You will begin lifting hard in Block 1. This will be your first 30 days. You will be taking on Super sets, Giant sets and Single sets. Prepare for 6 days on with 1 rest day. Your 4 workouts will focus on Chest & Tris, Back & Bis, Legs and Shoulders.

Block 2: BULK
Now its time to intensify your training in Block 2. For the next 30 days you will be completing Multi-sets, Progressive sets, Force sets, and combo sets. This is going to push your body and develop lean, defined muscle. This includes a total of 5 workouts; Back, Chest, Shoulders, Arms, and Legs. You will continue with the 6 days on and 1 rest day.

Block 3: BEAST
You will be finishing up your 90 days with a total of 12 workouts, but to finish it off you will add Beast Cardio and Beast Abs to your workout. This is going to define the mass you've already added. Continue with the 6 days on with 1 rest day.
