How Does It Work?
P90X3 takes 3 different approaches:
- Classic- Get ripped and strong
 - Lean- Tone without adding bulk
 - Mass- Increase muscle mass
 
What's In The Package?
The base kit includes 9 DVDs; 8 of the DVDs include 16 30 minute workouts, the 9th DVD is "How To Accelerate"
The kit also includes a Fitness Guide, Nutrition Plan, and Workout Calendar.
The Workouts
The workouts are split into 4 groups; Resistance Workouts, Power Workouts, Cardio Workouts, and Core, Flexibility & Balance Workouts.
1. Resistance Workouts
- Total Synergistics- A full-body resistance workout that cause fast but powerful changes to your body's composition.
 - The Challenge- Strengthen your upper body by using pushups and pull-ups in ways that you've probably never seen.
 - Incinerator- A full workout session that will you push you way past your limits.
 - The Warrior- A one-size-fits-all workout that can be done anytime, anywhere.
 - Eccentric Upper- Time under tension is key to building lean-muscle growth fast. Have your body begging for mercy in this upper-body workout.
 - Eccentric Lower- Slow down the eccentric (or negative) half of each movement to carve and tone your lower body fast.

2. Power Workouts
- Agility X- Combining aerobic and anaerobic energy will improve your precision, flexibility, strength, and balance.
 - Triometrics- A plyo workout that will increase your speed and power in just a fraction of the time.
 - Decelerator- Multi-angle deceleration training that will balance your ability to go up strong but come down safe.
 
3. Cardio Workouts
- CVX- Resistance is combined with intervals to give you that full-body burn and power up your core.
 - MMX- This martial arts-based cardio workout will demand strength, endurance, and flexibility.
 - Accelerator- Increase your cardiovascular and muscular efficiency.
 
4. Core, Flexibility & Balance Workouts
- X3 Yoga- A flow-style practice that improves your musculoskeletal flexibility, balance, stamina, and core strength.
 - Pilates X- Power your core, gain muscle elasticity, and stabilize your joints as Pilates fundamentals meet modern science.
 - Isometrix- Isometric contraction combined with instability. This workout will you an unshakable platform to work from.
